저희 고려대학교 국제법 연구센터를 찾아 주시고 IntrLaw PodTime 룸내 먼 걸음을 해 주신 김 석우 이사장님께서는 통일원 차관, 국회의장 비서실장, 청와대 의전수석, 외무부 아주국장직을 역임하셨구요, 통일부 차관을 지내실 시절내 북한이탈주민정착에 관한 법률과 시행령을 마련하셨을 뿐만이 아니라 현재의 하나원 설립을 주도하셨으며, 인도지원국을 신설해서 북한인권이슈에 대한 인도적 지원체계를 구축 해주셨습니다. 그 이후에도 북한주민들의 생명과 인권을 지키고 민족공동체 형성에 이바지하기 위해서 21세기국가발전연구원 그리고 북한인권시민연합 등 여러 인권단체들내 활동을 하시고 강의하시며 탈북자 강제북송에 대한 반인권적인 이슈를 일깨우시며, 지금껏 우리나라에서 북한인권의 발전을 위한 주역할을 해주셨습니다.
Guest that thankfully visited our KU ILRC IntrLaw PodTime Room now would be Mr. Kim Seok-Woo, the Executive Director of NKHR, who served as the Chief Staff of the Speaker of National Assembly; Vice Minister at Ministry of Unification; Presidential Secretary of the Blue House; and Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. While Kim was serving as a Vice Minister at the Ministry of Unification, he prepared laws and enforcement decrees as to the resettlement of NK refugees, established current “Hanawon (i.e., House of Unity, the government resettlement facility where it educates the NK defectors for a certain period of time before they enter into the real world of Korea) in 1998, built the Bureau of Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs to build a humanitarian aid system for NK. Even after his service, to protect Lives and Human Rights of NK, he has been active in various human rights organizations such as 21st Century National Development Institute and Citizens' Alliance for NK Human Rights, by raising awareness of human rights issue regarding forcible repatriation of NK defectors, played a major role in settlement and advancement of serious issue of NK Human Rights.

Ms. Samira Hamidi is currently a Regional Campaigner at Amnesty International, who served as a facilitator in the launch of Afghanistan first National Action Plan on women, peace and security supporting Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan; the founder of Women Knowledge & Leadership Organization; a program and advocacy director of Afghanistan Empowerment of Women Center; a women protection center consultant of UN Women Afghanistan; a consultant of EU Delegation to Afghanistan; and a gender coordinator of UNDP Afghanistan, protecting the Lives and Human Rights of Women in Afghanistan. Ms. Hamidi has been active in various human rights organizations raising awareness of the women human rights issue in Afghanistan, played a major role in settlement and advancement of serious issue of Women Human Rights in Afghanistan.
